Set up recipes & stock with AI.
Ingredient-level inventory is the feature everyone wants and nobody wants to type in. Biller proposes each dish's ingredients and amounts from your own menu, and creates the inventory items you are missing — once you have reviewed them.
How it works
- Tap "Add Ingredients with AI"It sits next to Upload Menu Photo on the Menu screen, for admins. One tap for a single dish, or select-all for the whole menu.
- AI proposes ingredients and amountsFor every item with none linked yet, it suggests the ingredients and a typical amount per serving.
- Review before anything savesNothing touches your inventory yet. Edit an amount that looks off, remove an ingredient that does not belong.
- Save — the inventory items are created and linkedIngredients are your inventory items, so accepting a suggestion creates any that were missing and links them in one action.
Why it matters
Once a dish knows what it is made of, every sale deducts the right amount of each ingredient, unit-aware. That is what turns "we sold 40 paneer tikka" into "we are down to two kilos of paneer and it runs out Thursday" — and it is the difference between a report and a decision.
The honest caveats
- These are suggestions, not measurements. A typical amount for a dish is a starting point; your kitchen's portioning is yours to correct.
- It only proposes for dishes with nothing linked. It will not quietly overwrite a recipe you have already built.
- It costs credits, and shows the cost first. One credit per item, displayed on the bulk bar before you press anything.

Does this decide my recipes automatically?
No — it suggests, you decide. Every ingredient and amount lands on a review screen first, and nothing touches your inventory until you save.
Do I have to set up inventory items first?
No. Ingredients are your inventory items, so accepting a suggestion creates any that were missing and links them in the same action.
Will it invent duplicate ingredients?
It tries not to. Before suggesting anything it is given the inventory you already stock, so it reuses what you have rather than creating a near-duplicate.
What does this get me once ingredients are linked?
Stock deduction on its own. Completing a bill subtracts the right amount of each ingredient, unit-aware — which is what makes low-stock alerts and the depletion date possible.
Will it overwrite recipes I already set up?
No. It is additive only: a dish that already has ingredients linked is left alone.
What does it cost?
