Who should pick which

Two good tools. Different counters.

Pick myBillBook if

You just need invoicing, not a kitchen.

  • You want a simple invoicing app across Android, iOS and web, with custom bill themes.
  • One user plus your CA is enough — more staff means Pro Max at ₹570/month.
  • You're fine self-serve signing up with card or UPI, no sales call.
  • You want what most small businesses around you already use — 1 crore+ installs.
Pick Biller.app if

You run a counter with a kitchen or a team.

  • A cashier, a waiter and the kitchen all need their own screen, under one login.
  • You want stock to come down by the ingredient as dishes sell.
  • You would rather photograph your menu than type it in.
  • You want to pay month to month — or start on free credits and pay nothing until you outgrow them.
Frequently asked

Switching from myBillBook — the questions that come up.

Is Biller.app free?

Free to start. Every new outlet gets 510 Biller credits, no card, and a plain bill costs one credit. After that, top up a prepaid pack or take Unlimited at ₹499 a month.

Is myBillBook free?

Disputed on myBillBook's own site: its pricing page shows no free plan, but a separate page advertises 15 free invoices a month. Either way, its paid tier starts at "Plus" ₹291 a month billed annually (₹3,490 a year), or ₹403 billed monthly.

Which costs less for a year?

myBillBook Plus lists at ₹3,490 a year (₹291/month billed annually); its page does not say if GST is included. Biller.app Unlimited is ₹499 a month including GST, with 6- and 12-month terms saving up to 12%. If you bill less, Biller.app credit packs start at ₹399 for 2,000 credits.

Can I move my items across from myBillBook?

If you can export your item list as a CSV, import it. Or skip the export: photograph your printed menu and Biller.app reads it into a catalog you review before it saves.

Does Biller.app do e-Way Bills and e-invoicing?

Not today. Biller.app issues GST Tax Invoices and Bills of Supply and exports eight filing-ready GST reports. E-invoicing is on the roadmap, not shipped. We found no mention of e-Way Bills or e-invoicing on myBillBook's pages either.

Can more than one person bill?

Yes. Biller.app has no per-user charge: add as many team members as you need, each with a role. myBillBook's Plus and Pro plans cap you at one user plus your CA; more staff needs Pro Max at ₹570 a month.

Can I try Biller.app without signing up?

Yes. Start billing on the home page with no sign-up. The GST invoice generator and GST calculator also need no login.

Is this comparison sponsored?

No. It is Biller.app's own comparison. myBillBook details were read from its public pricing page on 11 September 2026; where we found nothing, the table says "—".
