Setting up your printer (Admin)
Admin → Printers & Peripherals is where you register the printers your outlet prints to -- network, USB (via the Biller Print Agent), Bluetooth, or a regular A4 printer. Separate from the browser's own print dialog covered in Printing your bills.
Adding a printer
- Go to Admin → Printers & Peripherals and tap Add Printer.
- Give it a name, then choose the connection type -- Network (Wi-Fi/Ethernet), Bluetooth, USB, or System default printer (A4) -- and fill in its Advanced setup (host/IP + port for network, device/queue name for USB; Bluetooth and A4 need nothing extra).
- Choose its role (Receipt, Kitchen or Both) and paper width (58mm or 80mm).
- Tap Add.

Each printer's own toggles decide whether it auto-prints on bill-complete / send-to-kitchen -- turn either off if you'd rather trigger that printer manually. Print KOT and Print receipt stay available as a reprint either way.
No thermal printer yet? A System default printer (A4) can hold the Kitchen or Both role too. Tapping Print KOT on it opens a plain-paper kitchen ticket in your browser's own print dialog -- items, quantities and kitchen notes only, no prices -- the same way Print receipt already opens an A4 bill copy. It's the only way a kitchen ticket reaches the kitchen until you set up a real thermal/network printer.
Opening the cash drawer automatically
If your cash drawer is wired to a network receipt printer, open that printer's own edit screen and turn on Open the cash drawer automatically on cash payments and it pops open the moment a bill is completed as cash -- no extra tap. This toggle only shows up on a printer whose role is Receipt or Both.
Running more than one till? The drawer only kicks on a printer whose own Automatically print the receipt here when a bill completes toggle (see Automatic printing below) is also on -- turn that off for a printer and its drawer stays closed even with this setting on, so you can scope the kick to one register instead of popping every drawer in the outlet.
Checking a printer works
Each printer in the list shows a status badge (online / offline / unknown) with a refresh button, and a Test Print action to send a confirmation page. Bluetooth test-printing only works from the Biller mobile app, not this screen. Its raw IP/port or device path sits behind an Advanced toggle on the row -- only needed if you're troubleshooting with support.
Test print sent but nothing came out? Some computers list the same physical printer twice under two different drivers -- a queued job to the wrong one never errors, it just does nothing. Tap Change driver on the message after a test print, or open the printer's own edit screen: for a USB printer, a Pick the printer's driver dropdown lists what your printer companion app has detected on that computer -- pick the other one and try again.
Printer without a computer? Use this phone as the printer
No computer, just a phone next to your printer? Open Biller in that phone's browser -- the status card at the top of Printers shows a line for it. On the Biller mobile app this reads "Send bills from this phone to a Bluetooth printer"; in a phone's browser it instead reads "Send bills from this phone through RawBT (a printer app you install)" -- a browser has no direct Bluetooth access, so it hands the print job to RawBT (free on the Play Store), which does the printing. Tap Turn on, then confirm Turn on again, and every bill routes through that phone instead. It only prints while Biller (or that browser tab) stays open and the phone unlocked; tap Stop on the same line to turn it off.
Guided tour
The first time you open this page, a short guided tour walks through setup. Restart it any time from the "..." menu's Show walkthrough.
