The money menu

Money is one place in the admin side bar for everything about where your takings are and what you report on them. It sits between Offers and Outlet.

What is in it

• Payments -- today's money by source, what should be in the cash drawer and the bank, and closing the day. See Payments and closing the day.
• Insights -- the same sales trends and AI summary as before.
• Reports -- the Summary, Downloads and Filing check tabs.
• Exports -- opens Reports straight on the Downloads tab, where the tax report files for your CA are.

What moved

Reports & exports is no longer under Outlet, and Insights is no longer a row of its own. Both now live under Money. Old bookmarks and links to the Reports and Insights pages still open them.

On the desktop rail and the phone tab bar, Reports is now Money and opens Payments. Sales stays where it was and opens Insights.

Who sees Money

• The Admin sees all of it.
• A Manager sees Payments, Reports and Exports, and can close the day.
• An Accountant sees Payments, Reports and Insights, read-only.
• Cashier, Waiter, Kitchen and Delivery do not see Money.
