Simple pricing, no sales calls.
Start free. Pay only when you outgrow it — top up a prepaid credit pack, or take a plan for unlimited billing. Every price on this page includes GST, and none of them needs a conversation with anyone.
A plain bill costs one credit, so the free grant is roughly 510 bills before you decide anything. Credits never expire.
Credit packs — pay for what you bill
Every price on this page is the web price. Buying the same pack or plan inside the Android app costs more, because the Play Store takes a platform fee on anything sold through it. Same credits either way.

What counts as a bill?
Any order you create — from the first item added to checkout — costs one credit. Not per item, not per print.
Do credits expire?
No. Once a pack is paid for, those credits sit in your wallet until you use them. There is no monthly reset and nothing lapses.
What else do credits pay for?
One credit per item for AI menu images, AI ingredient suggestions and AI descriptions. The AI insights summary costs one credit, at most once an hour, and can be switched off entirely in your outlet settings.
What is always free?
Your plain insights numbers, every report export, and all eight tax reports. Reading a chart never costs a credit.
Do I need a card to start?
No — not at signup and not at the end of anything. The free grant is not a trial that expires; it is credits you keep.
Can I leave?
One button downloads the whole outlet — menu, bills, inventory, customers, team — as a single file you keep. No contract to exit.
