ILLERAny signed-in team member -- admin, cashier, waiter or kitchen -- can send a bug report or feature request straight from the app, then track it, add their own comments, and get notified when it's resolved. Everything lives on one screen: Feedback, in the admin side bar.
Your outlet has a daily submission limit to keep this a quick-note channel, not a support ticketing system -- if you hit it, the app tells you when you can try again.
The same screen has Open and Closed tabs, listing every submission from your outlet:
Tap any item to open its detail view: the full description, its current status, and a Conversation thread underneath.
The detail view's reply box lets you add your own comment at any time -- useful for adding more detail, confirming a fix worked, or asking for an update. Our support team can reply back in the same thread; only replies they've explicitly marked to share with you show up there, so you're never shown internal triage notes that aren't meant for you.
When your item is marked resolved, your outlet gets notified the same way you already get other app notifications (push notification, if you've enabled them) -- no separate channel to set up.
The first time you open this page, a short guided tour walks through submitting feedback and tracking/responding to it under Open and Closed. It only shows itself once; if you want to see it again, open the "..." menu and pick Take a Tour.
